The registration form should preferably be completed online on the TRA Conference’s website www.traconference.eu following the instructions under the “registration” section. Registrations are also welcome by email and/or fax using the enclosed registration form.

Participants from Special Countries.
- Participants coming from (passport holders) a country which is not EU member state, EFTA member state, GCC member state, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Israel, Japan, China, and Republic of South Africa can register with a reduced registration fee.
- The reduced registration for participants from Special Countries includes the same benefits as those of main participants.
Paper Authors
- In order for the reduced registration to be confirmed, the number of the approved paper has to be completed in the relevant field in the online/offline form.
- The special fee is valid only for Paper Authors of thematic and poster sessions. Paper Authors of the Special Sessions are requested to register as “Participants”.
- In order for the e-publication of the full paper, at least one registration per accepted abstract should be settled by February 28, 2012
Students
- Presenting Authors, even if qualified for a Student fee, should register as Paper Authors
- Student Registration is available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Student registrations will be accepted for participants under the age of 30
- A copy of the student card is required in order for the registration to be confirmed.
- The original student card must be presented at the Secretariat upon registration.
Exhibitor’s Additional Staff
- Each exhibitor will receive free entry passes to the Exhibition Area for a number of persons according to the exhibition space that has been booked (Pls. refer to the Sponsorship and Exhibition Invitation & Booking Form)
- Entry Passes for Exhibitors’ additional staff can be provided upon registration to the specific category
- Each Exhibitor’s staff member has to complete the registration Form
- Please note that the Exhibitor’s Name (full company name) has to be mentioned on each person’s registration form
- Access to the Conference Rooms will not be allowed.
Accompanying Persons
- Name of the accompanying person should be mentioned in the main participant’s registration form.
- Accompanying person’s registration fee includes access to the exhibition areas, coffee breaks and lunches, admission to Opening & Closing Session and participation to Welcome and Farewell Reception.
- Access to the Conference Rooms will not be allowed.

- Members of TRA 2012 MC,OC, PC Committees
- YEAR Competition Finalists

All invited participants have to complete the Registration Form. All invited participants have the same benefits as the main participants. (*) invited Exhibitor’s staff has no access in the Conference Rooms Group registration (min 10 persons) A special fee will apply for groups of min 10 persons. Group registration will be possible by completing the group registration form which is available in the TRA Conference’s website www.traconference.eu or by contacting the TRA Booking Secretariat. The reduced fee can apply only when the group registration form is sent complete to the TRA 2012 Booking Secretariat and only when the group of people comes from the same organization. Changes in registration Replacement and transfer of the registration will be possible under the following circumstances.
- Transfer to a colleague or a co-worker from the same institution or company
- Transfer to someone eligible for the same registration category
- A written request for the transfer has to be e-mailed to TRA 2012 Booking Secretariat along with a completed registration form for the new attendee.
- Name corrections are accepted at no charge until 07/04/2012
- After this date no corrections will be accepted
Gala Dinner The Conference Gala Dinner will be held on Tuesday, April 24th 2012 in the New Acropolis Museum Restaurant. A guided tour to the New Acropolis museum will be offered before the dinner. The purchase of a ticket is necessary for participation to the dinner.

- For any cancellation submitted till 13/03/2012, a 50% refund will be made. Bank charges to be deducted. After this date no refund will be possible.
Confirmation of Registration When registering on line, the system will send a confirmation of the receipt of the registration request. Afterwards, and also for registration requests received by mail or fax, the TRA 2012 Booking Secretariat will provide each participant with an official confirmation of registration within 48 hours from the day of submission. Please note that Registration will not be formally confirmed until full payment is received Payment & Cancellation Policy
- All payments should be made in Euro
- Full settlement of the registration fee is required in order for the registration to be confirmed
- Cancellations should be made in writing to the TRA 2012 Booking Secretariat
- All refunds will be made after the Conference

b) Credit card
- Participants can pay on line, by filling in the online registration form, and through a secure payment environment, which is automatically connected with the bank.
- Alternatively, participants have the option of using the offline booking form, by completing the credit card details. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.
