Please read the following instructions carefully!!

Basic instructions to the authors

• The size of the paper (.doc file) must not exceed the 8 MB.
  

• To upload (submit) a paper you have to login to this website http://reviews.traconference.eu/ using the same account as when submitting an abstract(s). Please be careful to use the right account because some of the authors have created more than one account under the same name for submitting their abstracts.

• The uploaded file of the full paper is requested in .doc file format so that the reviewers can make changes in the manuscript. For security reasons, we can assure you that the uploaded papers will be kept in the database as they were submitted.

• Please make sure that you have used the template provided in the website Author Template (DOC) and that the paper DOES NOT include the Name, the Affiliation or any other information that can reveal the authors, since all the reviews must be blind.

Paper submission instructions

After you login to the paper submission module please follow the next steps.

To upload the paper, follow five simple steps:

1. Click the Author Console selection from the menu where you can see all your accepted abstracts.

2. Click the Answer questions Action for each of your accepted abstracts; there you can see the 4 questions to be answered in order to complete your submission. When you have answered the 4 questions you can click the submit button and complete the first phase of your submission.

3. For the second phase of the paper submission you have to upload the paper in the system. Click the Browse button Paper Proposition* (format: doc) and select the paper (.doc file) on your computer for each of your accepted abstracts

4. Click the Upload button to upload your paper file in the system.

You will see the confirmation message and you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your paper has been submitted successful.

Full Paper review process

Furthermore, we would like to draw your attention on the following:

1. All submitted full papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. In case of conflicting recommendations there will be a third review.

2. Full paper reviews will be blind; this means that the reviewers will not know who the paper authors are.

3. Given that the authors’ names for each paper are already available in the system from the abstract submission phase, authors must not put their name and affiliations in the space provided in the respective Author Template (DOC) for the full paper submission.

4. The authors’ names and their affiliations must be inserted in the available space in the final paper submission i.e. after authors receive the papers acceptance notifications and the respective comments, if any. At that stage they will have to resubmit the final full paper Final Paper for presentation (format: doc) in the website system including the corrections and all the above.
