ACCOMMODATION
Room reservation procedure:
For the participants‟ convenience, rooms have been pre-reserved to several hotels around and in close distance to the congress venue in special rates. In order to book accommodation, participants are kindly requested to select the hotel and the room type of their preference and complete the Registration & Accommodation Form, which is available in the official website www.traconference.eu online as well as offline.
A letter confirming the reservation will be sent by e-mail within two (2) working days after having received both the Form and the payment. In case of non receipt of the confirmation letter, participants are kindly requested to contact the official TRA 2012 Booking Secretariat.

All requests sent until March 20th, 2012 will be served on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed accordingly as they are subject to the selected hotel availability. Any reservation requested after March 20th, 2012 will be handled on an “upon request” basis.
